Removing ads from last watched channel list

I’m tired of seeing ads in my recent watched list. How do I remove these? We pay good money for the TV service, and should not Have our experience interrupted or changed by ads that We don’t wanna see. It’s very annoying. As is this forum. I’ve tried to pose this question five times and cannot get it to take it. I assume it’s because they don’t want people to see how annoyed everyone is with us.

Well, I appreciate your answer. Although you have plenty of other places to put advertisements and commercials, other than recent channels. I’m sure you get plenty of other complaints about this. And I would think corporate would want to do something about it. If there was something we wanted to watch, especially Sports as that seems to be a big one, I’m sure we could search it out and find it without having the advertisement.

The networks we have on our platforms are who controls the ads you are seeing. While Xfinity also puts out ads and commercials we do not have a way to remove them on our end. If you subscribe to any 3rd party apps you may have the options to get an ad free version. @user_5a1729
