Remove TV Service and Keep Internet + Voice

I need help changing my current Xfinity plan.

I currently have Internet + TV + Voice and would like to remove TV service completely while keeping Internet and Xfinity Voice.

I would like to switch to 300 Mbps Internet + Xfinity Voice, with no TV service and no term contract.

The online Plan Builder will not allow me to complete the change because it says: “Please select a service to replace each service in your current plan.” It appears to require me to replace my existing TV service even though I want to remove TV completely.

I have already contacted Xfinity chat support, but I was told that the sales chat team does not have access to make this type of change.

Could an Xfinity Support representative please help me with this plan change?
