Remove Nap mode - invasion of privacy
I recently moved and my new boxes are triggering nap mode at thr 4-hour point. I do not want this feature. Who do I speak with to have an alternate Xfinity box thst does not have that firmware feature? Thank you.

@user_zdmi2u This is a setting in all of our boxes called power saver. You just need to disable it.
Press the Xfinity button on your remote.
Select the Settings gear icon.
Go to Device Settings.
Choose Power Preferences.
Select Power Saver and toggle it Off
