Recurring remote problem with one of two teles. Gone through reset procedures 100s of times.replaced twice., changed batteries, talked tech support many times. Corrects but then recurs. I hear AT T I s good.

Hey there, @mrbord. Has anyone discussed the option to swap out the cable boxes that are having issues with the remotes staying paired? Visiting your local Xfinity Store will be able to remedy the replacement box(es) and supply you with remotes at no charge.
