remote

why is the remote so terrible.  the most common keys are the directional keys and they are the smallest. Frontier remote offers scrolling chanels by page, easy search function. recommendations based on prior usage. easy record functions. Why is your remote so lame?

adding.... the page up/down buttons will scroll channels by page.

      Many of us here like the remote. It does what it's supposed to do for us.
