Remote won’t pair with Samsung tv

I can’t get the volume or power off buttons to work on my xr15 remote. I’ve tried following the setup multiple times. None of the codes work. I tried resetting remote. That didn’t work either. I’ve had this problem since I got my tv a couple years ago. The odd thing is it started working a couple weeks ago for the first time. Then this past weekend it stopped working again. I tried setting it up again but nothing seems to work

jackw1955 Good afternoon! I'm sorry to hear your remote isn't working properly. That can be super frustrating when you are trying to enjoy your services. We did have a ticket issued a few days ago, that has since been resolved. Looks like you tried all the troubleshooting. I can  assist you in getting a new remote, or you can pick one up at your local Xfinity Service Center, https://www.xfinity.com/local/store . What will work best for you?

Try Code 12051. I have 5 Samsung tv's and never had an issue.

I have two other remotes and they do not work either. All three worked a couple weeks ago now none work
