Remote will not turn tv on. I cannot re-pair my remote to tv as THE TV WILL NOT TURN ON.
Tried to unplug everything. Waited 20 min. No luck. Downstairs tv works fine. I am so disappointed in xfinity so far.

You can't turn on the TV with its remote or the power button itself, then proceed to pairing?

Can you tell me a little more about what's happening? Was your remote working on this TV previously, or is this a new remote or TV? Are you able to turn on your TV with the TV remote, so you can access the menu functions on your cable box? Are you seeing a light on the remote when you press the "TV Power" button?
