Remote will not allow for TV play from paused spot. It goes to live TV when I select play from pause after pausing live TV.e TV.

My remote will no longer allow me to pause live TV in a way that I  can watch from where I  pause it.  When I select play, it quickly jumps forward to live TV, and I  lose everything I  wanted to watch from the pause point until I  get back to a watching TV position.   My remote will no longer allow for rewind, so I  have no way to see my TV content unless I  remain glued to the TV.   When I  record, the content is saved, and the remote works properly in pause, rewind, and fast forward modes.  I would like you to reverse charges on this so called voice remote, and offer me the maximum dvr recording option at no charge.  By the looks of the comments from many other customers, you hopefully have a refined answer for this problem.  I'm listening!

The "To:" line prompts you to "Type the name of a person". Instead, type "Xfinity Support" there

 - As you are typing a drop-down list appears. Select "Xfinity Support" from that list

 - An "Xfinity Support" graphic replaces the "To:" line

Type your message in the text area near the bottom of the window
