Remote response time very slow
It takes 20 seconds from the time I enter a channel on the X1 remote for it to show up on the TV to select.

Have you attempted to unpair the remote and pair it back to the TV? Have you switched out the batteries for new ones? Can you share with us any troubleshooting steps you may have completed?
