Remote pairing - Zvox

Does Xfinity still support Zvox? I've tried the remote pairing and it simply says its not working and try back later....I've tried over the course of a month.  What's up?

@tombender1027 Hello! Thank you for reaching out to us here on our Community Forums. Can you please try this to see if it resolves the issue you're having?

 

Press and hold the Mute and Xfinity buttons on the remote until the status LED at the top of the remote changes from red to green. 3. Type in 33913 using the number buttons

 

If you are still having issues, please reach back out if necessary.

Thanks for your help, but unfortunately it didn't work.  For clarity, I'm working with the XR11 model remote.  When I pressed Mute/Xfinity buttons, there was no response from the remote LED, green or red. 
My prior attempts were 1. Follow onscreen instructions under the "remote pairing/pair your audio receiver" section; I navigated to Zvox, and that's where I got the "unfortunately....try back later message".    2. Second try was to ignore any onscreen instructions and simply used the remote setup button.  When I forced the code 33913, remote accepted the code, but as I wrote earlier, all other functions were deactivated.  

Is there a way to access the audio receiver section and change that code to respond to the Zvox without changing the TV pairing codes?

This link https://www.xfinity.com/support/articles/programming-your-xfinity-remote has great information on how to pair your remote to your audio device, if you just say “pair my remote” it should be bring you to the section for your audio device as if it’s already paired to your tv & cable box it will notify you your tv is already paired then take to you the audio device screen

My Zvox doesn't pair either. I same message. Can not pair try later.  Yes I tried each way mentioned in link. Still doesn't work.

Same issue with me!  Worked forever, then just stopped.
