Remote not working
To whom it may concern, our xfinity remote no longer is working. Even after new set of batteries. Also have tried to factory reset as well. Nothing works. No light shown at all.

Thanks for reaching out to us. We do apologize for any inconvenience you're having with your Xfinity remote. The fastest way to get a new remote is to go to the local Xfinity store and you can pick up one for free.
I've had to pick up a few extra remotes due to my grandchildren and me having dogs that seem to get a hold of it and the store is always happy to give me a new remote.
