Remote Low Battery Warning

Hello @user_2adeb1, thank you for taking the time to leave a post.  Sorry to hear you're having trouble with your Xfinity remote and that you haven't been able to get assistance through the chatbot. I can certainly understand how frustrating that must be, especially when you're receiving a low battery warning and it appears that there's no obvious way to replace the battery. The good news is that all Xfinity remotes use replaceable batteries. If you can tell me which model remote you have, I'd be happy to guide you through locating and removing the battery cover. Many of the covers are designed to fit securely and can be a little tricky to open the first time. If you're not sure of the model, let us know which buttons are on the remote or send a description of what it looks like, and we'll help identify it from there.
