Remote loses pairing to box

Xfinity was just hooked up this week in our new home and every time I turn the tv on, I have to pair my remote to the box/tv. What’s the deal??

I am terribly sorry to hear about the issues you are having with paring your remote to your TV box every time you turn on the TV. This is absolutely not the experience we intend to provide, and I can only imagine how frustrating this must be for you. You have gotten in touch with a Corporate Team, and I will do everything I can to help you with this today. 

 

Just to clarify, have you tried resetting the box, or getting a replacement remote?
