remote lights up the green button on the cable box (remote) but the TV wont turn on?

Ive tried the online "reboot" but no change.

Also tried Setup - and then 981

and A + set up - no luck? Cant get anyone on the phone in this time .

Suggestions?

I still have Dish equipment next to Xfinity equipment. Will Dish equipment interfere with Comcast installation

Does your TV's own remote turn on the TV? did you press the A button on the remote and use the set up remote for your TV?
