Remote DVR Functionality Restored (No it's Not) & why does dvr say 1 program yet records another 1?

Remote DVR Functionality Restored is not restored I just tried again  in my browser and all I get is an error msg.  And last night I got to my dvr list & see Jay Leno's Garage has 3 episodes recorded.  But it's not Jay Leno. Instead it is 3 episodes of The Profit.  How hard can this be?   And often I get the same program recorded over and over again ( Bronco's Huddle) so I get 2 every week even tho it airs only once.
