@user_208e38 Thanks for creating a post! Have you noticed any further delay in response with other buttons on the remote as well? If so, there may be something going on that we would want to get a new remote for you. You can always swing by a local Xfinity Store to pick up a new remote, and our team can also have one shipped to you as well if you'd prefer.
You can also try the Xfinity Remote App to have full access right from your phone as well. It comes in handy fairly often in my home when the kids play hide n' seek with the actual remote.
