Remote control hard to press

Do you have remote controls where the buttons aren’t so absolutely difficult to press? This remote control would have never been excepted by any of the companies that I am familiar with. I am also sure that people with arthritis in their hand would definitely find this difficult to use.

I would love to take a look at your account and the cable box you are using to see if we may have a different option for a remote. Please send us a direct message to "Xfinity Support" with your full name and address.

 

To send a direct message you may need to:
Click "Sign In"
Click the "direct message" icon
Click the "New message" (pencil and paper) icon
Type "Xfinity Support" in the "To:" line and select "Xfinity Support" from the drop-down list which appears. The "Xfinity Support" graphic replaces the "To:" line
Type your message in the text area near the bottom of the window
Press Enter to send it

Is Xfinity replacing the xr15 remote with a different model?.... button's sink and become unusable, this has happened multiple times
