Reminders

Thanks for meeting us here in our community about the concerns with your sports reminders, @user_volmco.

To cancel sports reminders on X1, follow these steps:

1. Using the on-screen guide, find and highlight the sports program for which you set a reminder, then press the INFO button on your remote.
2. Highlight "Reminder Options" and press OK.
3. Select "Cancel Series Reminder" and press OK.
4. A "Series Reminder Canceled" confirmation message will appear on-screen, confirming the cancellation.
