Reminders not working

Program reminders not appearing on screen. The list does show up on guide but at time of program reminder does no appear 

Every once & a while the reminder pops up on screen at time of show but its intermittent but most often not working anyone else reporting this issue?

I'm having the same problem. Reminders work sometimes but most of the time they do not. Xfinity needs to do an update to fix this problem.

Same here! I noticed the reminders stopped working yesterday but it could have definitely been longer than that.

I have the same problem even after two unscheduled reboots in the middle of the night last night. The first was TV only around 1:30 AM. The other reset TV and Internet around 2:30 AM. Normally updates occur between 3 and 4 AM which did not occur.

Reminders not working for me either as of 4/7/20.  We are able to set them but they never pop up and prompt us.  We set 3 differnent ones to see if it was a channel issue and none of them triggered.  So we then set a few more, went back to make sure the Reminder Option held and it did, but again, it never prompted us.

I performed a System Refresh, Restart and still no reminders. Called Xfinity technical support. After 15 minutes or so the problem could not be resolved. In Settings (Saved) the scheduled reminders are there. Also in settings under Preferences then Notification all is ON. The call ended with no solution or reason. Could it be a programming issue that was pushed out during one of the daily system updates?

Yes, I, and others, think a recent X1 software update has a bug.  See my first post to this thread earlier:

 

"I have also started to see this problem this week. Set reminder for a future program; shows correctly in my "Scheduled" list; but doesn't actually display the reminder in the middle of my screen at the appropriate day and time. What's strange is that, in my case, the problem is intermittent, i.e., sometimes it does work and sometimes it doesn't. I strongly suspect that the problem is some kind of bug in the latest release of the X1 software - for me that is Release 112.02 which is timestamped (for me? for all?) 04/09/20 2:32 PM and is paired with XRE Protocol Version 2.8.0. Do we all have this same release? [can be viewed via "Settings" then "About"]."

 

And we are hoping Comcast will notice and fix this issue; see another post to this thread I made earlier today:

 

"l called Comcast customer service today, described the issue, and referred them to this community forum topic/thread. The CSR promised to send the reference/issue up to the higher level(s) of support so that, hopefully, someone in their software development group can address it and fix it. It may take a while, but I have my fingers crossed 🙂"

I’ve had the problem for over a week. I just called Comcast & the rep said it was my tv’s problem. (2 tv’s!) she told me to call my tv manufacturers !
