Hi there, user_lyhn0t and thread! I checked but am not seeing this issue as one that is already being worked on for everyone so we want to do some troubleshooting. Have you tried to set a new reminder so we can see if this is just affecting already set reminders or new ones too? Are you not seeing them for all programs or certain titles or networks? Have you tried any other troubleshooting steps such as resetting the TV box or sending a System Refresh signal?

Same problem for over a week. Did gateway restart and system refresh with no success. Then tried AI suggestion for those with only one TV even though I have two. It is inconvenient and laborious but it solved the problem. I did have to change this setting for all programs on both my TVs.
I am uncertain if the following step solved the problem or coincidentally Xfinity fixed the problem but here is how I got the reminders to work again:
1. On remote, press "Xfinity" button, go to "Saved" and then to "Scheduled."
2. Highlight a TV program and press Enter.
3. Go to "Reminder Options," then "Modify Series," then "Display On:"
4. If it says "All TVs" then press the > button on remote to change it to "This TV."
5. Go up on this screen and press "Confirm."
6. Press the left arrow button on remote and continue to do this for each program in the list. :-(
AI solution when google "xfinity reminders not working:"
"5. Check the display setting for individual reminders
by highlighting the reminder and checking its options to ensure the display is not set to "All TVs" if you only have one TV."
MrCharlie, so glad to hear that it worked for you also. I purposely didn't change one particular program to "This TV" and that reminder didn't work. Therefore, it seems it is an Xfinity problem and this is the only workaround.

I have the same problem. I've set new reminders, done a restart and a system refresh. Still have the same problem. Any solutions to this problem?
