Reinstating recordings after a system reset

My set top box/system was reset by Xfinity tech support.  

Programs I had set to record now have a red circle with cancel line through them.  

I am unable to set them to record again, nor am I able to cancel and then reset to record.  

I've checked "scheduled" list, and it indicates "No items scheduled for next 14 days".

I have not found a resolution in the user guide. 

Help?
