Hi, I've been unable to record Kraken games on Root Sports since it was annoyingly removed from my channel line up. I added it back for the $5/mo for 6 months deal. However now my recording series will not work. It hasn't recorded any of the three games so far this season. I tried to manually record at the beginning of the game tonight and it still did not work, despite saying my recording was set. I tried refreshing the box, cutting the power and turning it back on. Nothing seems to fix it. I'm very annoyed I can't record the game to watch later. Help!

@LeRoy62401 Gotcha, I appreciate you doing that step. Have you checked to see if the channel itself is viewable and if it's just a DVR issue?

Yes, I can see the channel just fine now that I added it back to my account for $5/month. I guess it's a DVR issue? Again, I tried turning the DVR off and on a few times, and also cut the internet and turned it back on. Nothing seems to fix it.

@LeRoy62401 Thank you for reaching out and bringing this to our attention. Is this a series recording by chance? I know you mentioned you manually set it this time but was it a series recording prior?

Yes, it's been set up as a series recording since last year. It's supposed to record all live Kraken games. I've tried deleting the series recording and setting it up again, but that has also not fixed the issue.
