Recurring, unresolved issue

I can’t connect to my cable service. Xfinity techs have come out on 3 separate occasions and have gotten it working, only to have it fail a few days (or hours) later. I’ve had techs on 3/8, 3/20, and today 4/7. I’m a long time customer. Joe do I get this resolved?
