Recordings gone and can no longer set recordings

The recordings tab (and all my recordings) are gone from the saved option in the xfinity menu. The scheduled tab is still there but none of my scheduled recordings are there. I tried to make a new recording and there were no options for recording when I clicked on a program to try and set a recording. What is going on?!

Hi tdfman. Welcome to the Xfinity Forums and thank you for posting. Apologies you are experiencing trouble with your DVR. As a preliminary troubleshooting step, have you tried to reboot your DVR cable box?
