Recordings being deleted.
Every since I changed my service paln things have been going wrong, most improtant issue is my recordings being deleted. One day two movies were deleted, that night my pc was put on pause, and not doen by me, then a day later another recording was deleted. There is plenty of space, both on the DVR and the cloud, settings are on "when space is needed", CS is not helpful, but everytime I call something else goes wrong. Oh, and I have Netflix through TMo, when I tried to access it, it wanted me to sync, I did not but it locked me and everyone on that account out and had to change the password. Comcast is blaming me for this, changing the password, deleting the movies, pausing my PC, and all that is 100% impossible.
