Recording Sports

I am tired of this.

I pay for NHL center ice package to follow my team.

I am well aware of local blackouts and national broadcast implications.

The "favorite team" option seems to be reversed for some reason for NHL center ice... if I don't manually record my team's channel it defaults to the other team's broadcast.

HOW IS SOMETHING SO SIMPLE WRONG??????

When I do manually record a game... I DON'T EXPECT THE RECORDING TO CUTOUT AND CAUSE ME TO MISS MOST OF THE GAME!!!!!

WHAT AM I PAYING FOR????!!!!!! NOT WHAT WAS AGREED!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

THIS KEEPS HAPPENING!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
I HAVE REACHED OUT TO YOUR "SUPPORT" WHICH IS NON-EXISTENT MANY TIMES NOW!!!!!!!!

YOU ARE NOT HELPING!!!!!!!!!

THIS SERVICE IS TERRIBLE!!!!!!!
