Recording shows that air on multiple networks

I’ve had an issue recording “first time run” shows. For example NCIS airs on cbs but also re-runs air on oxygen. When I want to record the new shows on CBS the DVR automatically records all new shows on cbs AND every single show aired on oxygen lol. I choose the option to record “first run only” and it tries to record every episode on oxygen as well as the actual episodes i want to watch on cbs. Help!

find the series on the priority list on the X1 menu and remove the series. then locate the next new series channel, date and time and go to that episode on the guide. select the episode and press the record button, select series and leave the channel selected. done.
