user_2xm3j0. I’m sorry this suddenly stopped working, especially since you’ve always been able to watch your recordings from the other TVs. I have a couple of questions to help narrow down what could be causing this. Are the recordings completely missing on the other TV, or can you see them, but they won’t play? Is this happening with all recordings or only certain ones? Are you able to watch the recordings normally on the TV where they were originally scheduled? Is the issue happening on just one other TV or every other TV in the home? Do you receive an error message or error code when you try to access the recording? Are you experiencing any issues watching live TV on the affected TV? Have you noticed any other changes with the TV service since yesterday? Have you already tried restarting the affected TV box?
