Recording conflicts, why am I suddenly only able to record 2 at once

After years of no problem recording 6 shows at once, I added new x1 dvr box to another TV,  new ultimate TV package and suddenly getting "recording conflicts" and only able to record 2 at once. What's up with that, my account/bill

shows ultimate TV has dvr service "included" in package. It's a definite upgrade so I would assume I'd get at least the same ability to record 6 at once and not be charged more for a service already included.  Already done refresh, no change. Help please.

@user_2c8a1c I'm sorry to hear that you are having some trouble recording multiple programs at once after making this change. I'd be happy to help look further into the account for you. Please return to our direct message so we can look closer at the account. Thank you!

Was your issue fixed? I did system refreshes and reboots and everything is plugged in etc. I'm having same issue. There is no screen to delete recording conflicts which is a major flaw. Also it keeps trying to record same program on every channel it's on, including one I do not subscribe. So for example I record all Cub games, this stupid thing tries to record 84, 672 and 3005. 3005 is a subscription. Stop it! Finally got a real person and an hour and a half later I stuck a pencil in my eye and that didn't help either.

Hello @user_1bef52, thank you for taking the time to reach out to us on our community forums. If you have 20 hours of DVR storage you can record up to two programs at one time. If you have the DVR enhancement, you can record up to six programs at one time. If you have the DVR enhancement but have our Pace XG1 v1 you will only be able to record up to five shows at one time.

Have you had a chance to look at your DVR's priority settings? Our Prioritize Recordings on Your X1 DVR is really handy for making sure the series that matter most aren't interrupted by other recording conflicts that happen at the same time.
