Recoding issues

I have had The Curse of Oak Island set up to record all new episodes for years and the past few months it doesn't record this series. I've reset it 3 times and still no luck recording the series. It shows on the show that it is set to record new episodes only and still nothing records. What's wrong with the system

Hello, and thank you for reaching out about The Curse of Oak Island not recording for you. Let's look into what's causing this. To start, what is your storage space at, and is it set to record all episodes or only new episodes?

It's 21% full. We erase after we watch so it's never full. I only have it set to record new episodes only

Thank you for letting us know. Not to worry we will get this figured together. :) If I may ask, on the day and time you have The Curse of Oak Island, do you have any other shows/movies being recorded during those times or some that may overlap? If so about how many?

Nothing is fixed yet and the show is still not recording
