Recent street upgrade/maintenance resulting in random X1 video pixelization

The xfinity service in my area was recently upgraded/maintained according to the outages I experienced and email notifications i received.  Now that the work has been completed, I've noticed several of my TVs are now experiencing random, momentary pixelization.  This was not an issue prior to the street maintenance.  I've checked that all the cables are properly installed, power cycled all the equipment.  What else can I try?

Hello, @user_e76y01. Thanks for making us aware you're experiencing pixelated issues after a recent maintenance work was done in your area. I appreciate you troubleshooting on your own by checking the cables and even power cycling the equipment. Have you by any chance tried resetting the cable box(s) by using the Xfinity app?

Hi XfinityRaul, I have not reset the cable box(s) using the Xfinity app as I can't find any controls in the app for the boxes, only for the wifi modem/router.

@user_e76y01 The other way to restart your TV Box is to say “Restart TV Box” into your Xfinity Voice Remote. Could you please give that a try and let me know if it worked or not?
