Hello @user_5r0bh9 Thank you for reaching out. I understand your channels are frozen, a simple refresh often clears this right up, so let's walk through the steps.

Here’s how you can easily reboot your Xfinity TV Box:

Option 1: The Quickest Way (Using Your Voice Remote)
  1. Simply press and hold the microphone button on your Xfinity Voice Remote.
  2. Say "Reboot TV Box" or "Restart".
  3. Follow the prompts on your screen to complete the reboot.
Option 2: Using the Settings Menu
  1. Press the Xfinity button on your remote.
  2. Navigate to the Settings menu (usually a gear icon).
  3. Select Device Settings > Power Preferences > Restart.
  4. Follow the on-screen instructions.
Option 3: The Manual Way (Physical Reboot)
  1. Unplug the power cord from the back of your TV Box or from the wall outlet.
  2. Wait a full 60 seconds (one minute) to ensure a complete power cycle.
  3. Plug the power cord back in firmly.
  4. The box will take a few minutes to power back up and connect to the network. You will see a welcome screen, and the time should appear on the front of the box when it's ready.
