REALLY bad blocking and pixelation problems on particular channels

Does anyone else have SEVERE blocking and pixelation problems, particularly on CNN (channel 842) and MSNBC (channel 901)? Though it varies in terms of its severity, it is often so bad for us that the channels are unwatchable. The only things that seem to (briefly) improve the situation is to physically unplug the cable boxes from power and then plug them in again, or to do a "system refresh" via the Xfinity.com support site. Even so, that frequently only improves the situation for 10-15 minutes. Anyone else in the same situation?

each of your regular numbered channels come to your home on a different cable TV frequency and the issue you are having shows there is a noise or signal issue on at least one of the channels. you can call 800-Comcast and request a tech to check the signal coming into your home (at the demarcation point).
