Re: XRE-03061 and XRE-03059 errors everyday

This just starting happening for me as well. I had a receiver box from 2017, so took it in for a brand new one. The problems seemed to be solved at first but now the same thing is happening. Did you ever get resolution for the problem?

Hi there, Jetaged. Thanks for posting! Sorry to hear about the errors you're experiencing with your cable box, I know how frustrating that can be. Especially around this time of year. These particular errors are indicative of a communication issue and can be caused by issues with the physical cable cord connection. A splitter going bad could cause an issue of this nature, for example. There are many other potential contributing factors though too, of course. Is this happening on more than one cable box and are your other services working OK, like the internet?
