Re: X1 System Update fails

Our box/service is brand new, like less than a month old, and I got the same error, but can't contact Comcadt because they're transitioning service agents to work from home. I can wait, I suppose, but what a drag!

Your service may be new but the box isn’t. I escalated it up to an Official Employee to try to help you out
