Both of my tvs do this about 2:00 am - just about when my husband get up. It is very frustrating and we have tried everything - even switching input on the tv - how can we make this stop?

That's the nightly reboot of the devices, you can change the schedule by saying "Daily Reboot Window" into your voice remote and that will allow you to change the 2-hour window.
