today is 9/8/20 and apparently the RDK 03003 issue has not been resolved as I have not had TV all week,since Saturday.  I have tightened, rebooted, poweredoff, talked to offshore. worthless info techs who did. nothing after 5 hrs of chat! waiting for tech to come Friday.  I better not be

charged for a call!!!

moved your off-topic post to a separate thread. you may have misread the error message number.

 

the 03003 means the signal is too weak for the set top box to reach the Comcast servers. are you still having this problem? if so, please outline your cable coax wiring (splitters/amplifier/number of set top boxes).
