I converted your comment into your own post, so that we can focus on assisting you here :) Are you still experiencing a problem with pixelation on all channels? If so, what other troubleshooting have you tried (checking the coaxial connections throughout the home, power cycling the TV Box, sending a refresh signal using the Xfinity App, etc.)?
