Hi, michael_99. Thanks for posting! Sometimes we have to refresh the equipment to get the caller ID notification back on the TV and other times, we have to correct the coding on your account to add that feature back. How long has yours not been working for? Have you made any recent changes to your plan?
I have chatted with Comcast on eight different occasions and my caller ID display on the TV still doesn’t work. Started after we changed plans, agent can display test banner but incoming calls are not displayed on the TV.
