Re: DVR recordings disappeared

This just started happening with me once I got a new cable box. Random recordings are disappearing. Any suggestion on remedies? Thanks. I’ve read through the forms but I can’t figure out how to send something to employ.

PS this is super super frustrating. I thought I was going to get better service. And my DVR was pretty empty when Comcast decided to start deleting. Thanks Comcast

Hi, I moved your post to a separate thread as the subject is a bit different. Which set top box type did you swap out? was it the actual home DVR by chance?
