RDK-03036

We just switched out or boxes.  Connected the living room box (the bigger of the two) and it works fine.  Switched the master bedroom box and no matter what I do, I get the RDK-03036 error in the bottom right corner of the screen.  I've re-tightened the cables and re-started the both the bedroom and living room boxes.  Living room works fine ... bedroom box always ends up with the RDK-03036 error.

Any clues on how to resolve this?

Did you replace legacy equipment? Do you have an amplifier in your cable set up?
