RDK-03036
Are there any connectivity gurus out there? I can’t get either on my satellite boxes to connect. I’ve spent over 4 hours on the phone with Comcast sending signal after signal with no joy. See this document for details... if this forum allows me to paste a link:

I am getting the same RDK-03036 error on my smaller bedroom box. I was sent a new box for the bedroom, installed it, and it worked fine for 24 hours. Then the error message pops up on the screen and the box stops working. I don't know anything about filters. All the cables for my TVs are run under my house and come up through my floor so I can't see how anything is connected besides at the actual TV. Every time I call or chat with support I get told something different. I'm on my second new bedroom box because this keeps recurring and this really getting frustrating. Please help.
