RDK-03036 error message
Turned on the tv and the picture was frozen, I've seen this before. I unplugged the set and had it do a long reboot process.
I am getting an error message RDK-03036. I have called Comcast a couple of weeks ago when this happened and after several reboots, it worked.
I have 3 satellite boxes, and 2 of them were not working, after several reboots 1 is not working.
How do I get this corrected? The multiple reboots should not be the 'fix'. I'm still having issues with one of the satellite boxes.
