We had a working connection for a smallish 720p HD kitchen TV with a recent XI basic box antenna in/HDMI out with a white label on the bottom.
While at Comcast store, the rep said we should get the same style X1 box with a black label on the bottom as our current box was not the latest version.
Nothing but RDK-03031 messages ever since and hours self help/phone tech assistance to no avail.
Any ideas what may be going on?
