rdk-03012-2
I have a box in my home that has error RDK-03012-2. I've tried unplugging the box and restarting but I keep getting the same error. When I check the status online it is the only box in my home with a problem and the status center just has is as "status unavailable. Anyone know what is causing this error and what I need to do to fix this box?

@Bogart4324 I'm sorry to hear you're seeing this issue, we're happy to help. Since you've already taken the first step in resetting the box, we'd want to retrieve the account and take a closer look at what's going on and then we'll circle back here with the troubleshooting steps that we've taken to resolve this.

I have the same problem all too frequently. There are way too many problems with these comcast boxes.
I have exchanged 2 boxes recently but still have the same problems and maybe a couple new ones.
If this were my product, I would be ashamed.
