RDK 03033 Error

For the past two weeks I’ve been having the same issue. Connection errors on BOTH boxes and the tv will lock up where I can’t do anything unless I wait 5 to 10 mins. Or restart the box constantly. I had a technician come out three times so far and two new boxes and still is having the same issue.
