Random Shows Recording on my account

The past month I’ve noticed random shows/movies pop into by recorded or saved list. I have confirmed that no one in our household has recorded any of these shows or movies and it continues to happen. Should I be concerned that my account has been compromised? Please advise, thanks

Hello, user_e8b9c8. I know I would be surprised by any unexpected recordings too. Is it possible this may have been done by accident? Is this issue still ongoing? I recommend updating your passwords to any Xfinity usernames on your account to see if this still happens.

I did everything you recommended and am still seeing random shows pop in to my saved section that we did not record. It seems to be isolated to 1 or 2 channels. Is this an engineering or IT issue? I did some research and it seems a lot of people had a similar issues so I am surprised it is not fixed yet. Next steps?

Thanks for letting us know what you have tried this far, @user_e8b9c8. It sounds like your cable line might need a MoCA filter placed on it by a technician. Can you please click the Direct Message icon at the top right of the page, click on the pen and pad icon and enter Xfinity Support in the "To" section of the chat and provide us with your first/last name and full address so we may further assist you?
