Question:
Can we still get the silver remote controls? I traded the good silver remote control for a crazy talk into black remote control, that won't do anything. Xfinity said that I upgraded, but I believe we downgraded instead and I'm very unhappy about it!!! Plus I was told to get this box on top of tv and we would get the INSP Channel and the very next week xfinity took INSP Channel off the air again!!!! Very Unhappy Customer!!!!
