PXD01ANI (74371CU) Loader

After our recent 3-day power outage, I have one cable box/TV stuck on a blue screen that says:  PXD01ANI (74371CU) Loader

Dev. Use Only!

There is no software to execute

Bottom right corner of screen says Press Select

I see no Select button on either my Xfinity or Samsung remotes.

The offending box is a hard wired cable box, NOT WiFi.

I’ve tried ….

Rebooting the entire entertainment system from the main DVD box in another room.

Unplugging the offending box and TV for more than five minutes.

Issue not resolved.

Does the box need to be replaced?  What are my next steps?
