PX013ANM - Time for a modern upgrade

We've had this box (and a couple of others since analog TV was still in full force. We now have all modern TVs. It's time to replace this box (and the others also) since it is outdated and the fan is quite audible.

Question: How can we get the new boxes? Most if not all of the xfinity shops are gone, so we cannot exchange the boxes locally.

Great question @stull, and thank you for reaching out on our Community Forums. We'd be happy to help send you over new boxes to replace your old ones. We can also provide options to return your old equipment once you have new boxes. Rest assured, you have reached the right team to help. To get started, can you please send us a Direct Message with your first and last name along with the service address on the account? To send a "Direct Message" ("Private") message: Click "Sign In" if necessary

  • Click the "Direct Message chat" icon
  • Click the "New message" (pencil and paper) icon
  • Type "Xfinity Support" in the "To:" line and select "Xfinity Support" from the drop-down list which appears. The "Xfinity Support" graphic replaces the "To:" line
  • Type your message in the text area near the bottom of the window
  • Press Enter to send it
